Orange Cinnamon Lassi is a refreshing yogurt smoothie, perfect for starting the day or as an accompaniment to a spicy meal. After making the mango lassi in January, I have been on the lookout for other types of lassi to try. This one was a definite hit. Evan is still on his yogurt kick and really enjoyed this drink. Chad didn’t really like the mango lassi, but loved this one. I love most things with cinnamon, so of course this was a favorite for me.
Ingredients
2 oranges, peeled and quartered
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups crushed ice
In a blender, combine orange pieces, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and ice. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
